About Houman Kargaran

Houman joined RU Advertising in September 2006 to further enhance our web team with his ability to design and develop user friendly content management systems, E-commerce websites incorporating shopping cart facilities and dynamic web pages.

Relocating to Australia in February 2004, Houman completed his masters degree in Information Technology in 2006 at the University of Ballarat with his masters project devoted to Game Designing.

Houmans unique talent of rationalising the events in a process of a programme; was identified during his studies by an astute lecturer who encouraged Houman to pursue his expertise through the avenue of programming and database design.

Dedicated to ongoing personal development, Houman is self-taught in many applications including PHP, jQuery, Mootools and Ajax; he also loves to search and debug codes.

A courteous and intelligent team member with a great sense of humour, Houman is enjoying the diversity of the advertising industry and adds a welcomed dimension to our team focussed on keeping abreast of current communication trends enabling clients to utilise emerging technology to their full advantage.

In 2010, Houman has taken on board the major project of learning to develop new technology for i-phone applications completing extensive training to bring this new media option to the table of many of RU Advertising's key clientele and new business opportunities.
