Login and go to > Content > Article Manager
Click on the green ‘New’ icon in the menu at the top right hand corner.
Give your article a title and select the ‘section’ your article should appear under.
Add your content by copy and pasting text or adding images (to add images see the blog ‘how to add a image in joomla’) Once you have added your text, highlight all the copy and select ‘paragraph’ from the ‘format’ drop down menu.
When you have added all your images and text, click ‘apply’ or ‘save’ and refresh your live site to review the edits.
